Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.

Information we collect

How we use information

How viewer submissions are handled

Content your viewers submit is processed on your behalf and shown on your wheel, overlay, and dashboard. Uploaded media is validated for file type and stored so you can review it; playback links are short-lived and access-controlled. As the creator, you are the controller of the content your audience submits to you.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our payment processor and hosting/storage providers), and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete submissions and, on request, your account.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Security

Passwords are hashed, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and media playback is served through expiring, access-scoped links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at pattonsignature@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the “last updated” date.
