Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Patton Signature platform, websites, overlays, embeddable widgets and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• abuse, spam, or defraud other users or viewers.

You are solely responsible for content submitted through your wheels and for compliance with the rules of any third-party platform (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, your website host) you use alongside the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Creator monetization

The Service lets you collect payments from your own viewers (e.g. Paid Skips). You are responsible for the tax, legal and consumer-protection obligations arising from those transactions, for the accuracy of your pricing, and for honoring what you offer your audience.

5. Content & license

You retain ownership of content you and your viewers submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your brand assets, and Enterprise white-labeling is provided so you may present the experience as your own.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
