Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with the platform. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and for creator monetization.
Subscription plans
Our paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan then remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment, contact us for a full refund of that payment.
- Renewals: recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or experienced a significant service failure, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Downgrades: when you downgrade, the change applies at the next billing cycle; we don't pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.
Free plan
The Starter plan is free and requires no payment, so no refunds apply.
Creator monetization (Paid Skips & Super Skips)
Payments your viewers make to you (for example, to skip the queue) are transactions between you and your viewer. As the creator, you set the price and are responsible for handling any refund requests from your own audience, in line with the expectations you set and applicable consumer-protection law. We provide the tooling but are not a party to those transactions.
How to request a refund
Email pattonsignature@gmail.com from the address on your account with your request and a brief description. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
